A large front porch with high ceilings, French doors, oversized columns, gas lamps, dimmered lighting, private courtyard areas, and extensive landscaping are some of the features that make this South Texas residence a true custom home.

This home was positioned to face due south, taking advantage of the naturally occurring wind currents. Windows on the east and west walls are limited to increase energy efficiency. Sidewalks and Courtyard areas are surfaced with decomposed granite to absorb water and limit run off. The exterior walls were constructed using low maintenance materials; stucco and 8" coursed limestone. Low maintenance metal roofing was also used. The multi-level rear courtyard is approximately 1,600 square feet in size, with crushed granite surfacing, numerous stone planters and retaining walls,  a stone patio, a 3 tier cantera stone fountain with underwater spotlights that illuminate the fountain, and a custom dry stack stone fire pit.

613 Hannahs Run was completed in early 2018. It was designed as a 3073 square foot, 2 story, Tuscan style home with stucco and stone exterior, and an oversized 2 car garage. The home features 4 Bedrooms and 3 Baths, with a Home Office. Tile flooring is found throughout all Kitchen, Bath, Utility, and Living areas. A stone fireplace with igniter is located at the Living Room area as well. The Master Bath includes a glass enclosed shower with dual shower heads, soaking tub, and upgraded cabinetry with granite counters.
